Wow, super sharp! I made this my picture of the day over at my blog!
Very interesting picture. We have been invaded by wasps this summer and
fairbanks has actually had two deaths from wasp stings. 2 family members have been stung this summer. We have the bee and wasp traps out. Cool shot.
This is a really cool picture. What lens were you using? I am especially impressed by the colors and clarity of so small a subject. I don't think I've ever seen a wasp that close before... and probably don't want to ever again! :) great job though on the picture.
Cool shot it is. But i wouldn't get that close, shivers...
