Another model release question. istock has refused my model release twice saying 'witness not signed'. These people are over 21 and they are signing the top portion. Do they also have to sign in the 'witness' area at the very bottom?
This is new and confusing to me. Who do you get to 'witness"?

Every model release has to have a witness signature. This is a 3rd party that has witnessed the model signing the release, regardless of age.
Oh, I see now. Then we can never do a one on one shoot? I guess it's for istock's protection. Thanks so much!
