Well, since you posed it as a question, No. The "..." are really important. It's so easy for some elements of Christianity to misapply this quote (not that you are), I think a full quote in context is appropriate.
But those [ministers] who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness.

That said, I do like this whole series of bills with miniatures. Do you have any appropriately sized houses? Seems like that'd be really appropriate. ;-) As another commenter mentioned, should be have two or three zeros after the 1 though. :-)
