Well, since you posed it as a question, No. The "..." are really important. It's so easy for some elements of Christianity to misapply this quote (not that you are), I think a full quote in context is appropriate.

But those [ministers] who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. That said, I do like this whole series of bills with miniatures. Do you have any appropriately sized houses? Seems like that'd be really appropriate. ;-) As another commenter mentioned, should be have two or three zeros after the 1 though. :-)
